How can I prepare for the Appointment?

To ensure the smooth running of the appointment, please clear your driveway of cars 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Our photographers arrive promptly and will begin capturing exterior shots if the property is ready. We will email a preparation checklist to help guide you on what we suggest to showcase your property.

We recognize that you have a busy schedule, so our appointments typically last between 30-60 minutes. You are welcome to stay in one room and work on your laptop while we move around the house and take the necessary photographs. Please let our photographer know if you have any specific requests.

Once the photography session is complete, the photographer will forward the photos to our post-processing team, who will deliver your album within 24 hours.

What happens if it rains?

If it is raining we will reschedule the appointment for the next available time the weather is clear.

We will provide a blue sky replacement on all exterior photo's at no extra cost to you if it is a cloudy day.

When will I get my images/video back?

All photo sessions take 1 business day turnaround time. However, if your photo's were taken on a Friday, you will receive them on Monday.

How are my images/video delivered?

We will send through a link to your gallery where you can download them.
