Terms of Service

By using SRQ Home Photography, you agree to the terms of service set forth in this Agreement. We reserve the right to change or modify the provisions of this Agreement at any time. You should check this Agreement periodically for changes. If you do not agree to our terms of service, you should not use our website or purchase our services. By using this website and/or purchasing services from us, you agree to be legally bound and abide by these Terms of Service, just as if you had signed a written legal agreement.

YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Because we shoot multiple homes each day, it is important that your property be photo-ready. In order to service all of our clients in a professional manner, your appointment includes a specific amount of time for your photo session and an estimated number of images. Your home will be shot AS-IS. The property must be photo-ready when we arrive. We do not provide any cleaning, moving or home staging services. Failure to have your home photo-ready may impact the number of photographs taken. Your appointment includes a specific amount of time for the photo session and an estimated number of images.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY:

Payment for real estate imaging services is due before media delivery and can be made securely online via credit card. We do not accept cash or checks.

Commercial projects are invoiced at image delivery with specific billing details laid out in project estimates.

TRAVEL FEES and PARKING:

Travel fees are waived when property address is measured to be 25 miles or less from business Zipcode 34240. For locations beyond 25 miles, travel fees will be calculated at the time of photoshoot booking.

If guest parking or free street parking is unavailable, clients will be responsible for any parking fees incurred by photographers to park in a nearby parking lot.

CANCELLATIONS and RESCHEDULING:

Cancellations must be made at least 24-hours before scheduled photoshoot start time. Real Estate Photoshoots cancelled with less than 24-hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.

Weather-related cancellations are subject to the terms above. Some weather conditions can adversely affect exterior home photo quality or prevent safe drone flight. In the event of unfavorable weather, the interior photos will be photographed as planned. Alternate arrangements will be made for exterior or aerial re-shoot and additional fees may apply unless full cancellation is made at least 24-hours in advance. When weather is dry but blue skies are not present we will provide blue sky replacements on primary exterior images.

NO SHOWS/LATE SHOWS/SCRAP SHOOT:

If you do not show up for your appointment or if you show up so late that the shoot has to be cancelled, you will be charged a $125.00 trip fee that must be paid in full before we can reschedule another shoot. If we arrive at the property and are unable to shoot the home due to lack of electricity, lack of interior access or other issues, the appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a $125.00 scrap shoot fee that must be paid in full before we can schedule another shoot for you.

RIGHT TO REFUSE:

SRQ Home Photography reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse service at any time for any reason. At any time, SRQ Home Photography can terminate the relationship for overdue invoices, poor communication, or unreasonable requests.
